Great Eight committee members from Florence, Forest Park, Iron Mountain, Kingsford, Niagara, North Dickinson, Norway-Vulcan and West Iron Co. have joined to coordinate the annual Great Eight Winter Games.
The Great Eight Winter Games will be held on Saturday, February 14th with the Opening Ceremony at the Kingsford Middle School gymnasium. Following the Opening Ceremony the competition began at various locations in Iron Mountain, Kingsford, Niagara, Norway and Florence.
Students were welcome to participate in one sport, and entered by completing the form they received at school or by calling their local Community Schools office.
The following events are FREE to students from the participating school districts:
